In an office or business clearance we empty offices, shops, practices and business premises. We dismantle and remove furniture, archives, electrical equipment and inventory and hand the space over to the landlord empty and broom-clean. You have one point of contact and a fixed price, and by arrangement we also work outside office hours.

Office furniture
Desks, cabinets, chairs and meeting tables, dismantled where necessary.
Archives and paper
Boxes and cabinets full of paper. On request we have confidential archives destroyed by a certified company.
IT and electrical equipment
Taken to authorised processors. Hard drives and phones never end up in a second-hand shop with data still on them.
Shop and warehouse
Shelving, counters, stock and packaging material, with the box truck with tail lift and a pallet truck.
How we work

Send photos of the spaces and a short description via the request form, or we come and take a look.
- Planning with the property manager
We arrange the lift, the loading space and access with the property manager or landlord.
- Execution
Our team dismantles, loads and removes everything, in the evening or at the weekend if needed.
- Handover
Broom-clean or to the landlord’s requirements, with a photo report.

After a bankruptcy or when a tenant leaves, a space often has to be emptied quickly. We work on the instructions of the trustee, the landlord or the manager and invoice the client.
Cost
For an office or business clearance we always prepare a price tailored to the job, based on photos or a viewing. If it is only about transport, a van with driver by the hour is also possible. Are you moving servers as well? We also offer server relocation.

Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. By arrangement we work in the evening or at the weekend, so your business is disrupted for as short a time as possible.
What do you do with archives and confidential papers?
On request we have them destroyed by a certified company. You receive proof of this.
Can usable furniture be reused?
Yes. Whatever is still in good condition we take to a second-hand shop where possible.
Do you hand over to the landlord’s requirements?
Yes, as far as emptying, broom-clean and cleaning are concerned. We do not do repairs or plastering.
