A cold chain must not be broken. A fresh product left at ambient temperature for 20 minutes is no longer sellable; a medicine that has warmed beyond what the leaflet allows must be destroyed. Urgent refrigerated transport requires a validated box, a reliable logger and a courier who keeps an eye on the temperature even during waiting times.

Which vehicles do we use?
A passenger car or small van for 1-2 cool boxes. A medium/large van for larger volumes (10-20 boxes) or pallets with a cooling bag. Genuine volume refrigeration (a chiller truck with compressor) is available on request.
Liability and confidentiality
Under carrier liability. For valuable chilled shipments (pharma, research samples) a higher liability limit is available on request. In the event of a demonstrable cold-chain break on our side, a claims procedure follows.

Which temperature ranges do you offer?
Chilled +2 to +8°C (pharma, fresh food, lab samples), ambient +15 to +25°C (for temperature-sensitive items), and frozen -20°C with dry ice. Cryo (-80°C) is available on request.
How long does the cool box stay on temperature?
A validated 20L cool box typically stays at 2-8°C for 12-24 hours, provided it is properly pre-cooled and not opened repeatedly. For longer distances or unexpected delays we can include extra cooling elements.
Do I receive a temperature report?
Yes, after every run we email the logger report with min/max/average temperature, time stamps and alarm notifications (if any). Suitable for GDP audits and hospital quality systems.
What if the cold chain is broken after all?
The logger data objectively shows what happened. In the event of a break caused by courier error, full cover follows under carrier liability. For an external cause (traffic, an accident) we report in real time and consult with you on the next step.
Do you drive for the Aalsmeer flower auction?
Yes. From Aalsmeer to retailers, hospitality and airport export. The auction cut-off is typically 07:00-08:00; we pick up directly afterwards for same-day or urgent delivery to the final location.
Can you deliver pharma to a patient's home?
Yes, for urgent pharmacy-to-patient jobs we drive chilled medication directly to the home address. Prescription check possible; ID verification on hand-over if requested.
What does refrigerated transport cost?
Fixed price upfront including the cool box (passenger car, 1-2 boxes). Larger volumes or frozen with dry ice: based on the number of boxes and distance. Contract clients (hospitals, labs, pharma) receive tiered discounts.
