Indications for a clearance up to and including a broom-clean handover. Your fixed price depends on what is there, the floor, the lift and how accessible the property is. The minimum price is €495. Extras such as final cleaning and removing floor coverings are listed separately on the quote.
These are indications. A home with few belongings is at the lower end, a full home with attic, cellar and shed at the upper end. Your fixed price is stated in the quote.
What determines the price?
Amount of belongings
How many cubic metres of contents there are. A full home needs more hands, more trips and more disposal.
Floor and lift
A second floor without a lift takes more time than a home on the ground floor.
Accessibility
Parking right at the door helps. A long carrying distance or a container on the street takes more time or needs a permit.
Type of waste
Mattresses, electrical appliances, wood and metal are taken away separately. The more waste, the higher the disposal fees.
Extras
Final cleaning, removing floor coverings, taking items to family or temporary storage.
Scheduling
If it has to be done very quickly, we sometimes put extra people on the job. That is then stated in the quote in advance.
How to keep the cost down
- Take out of the home beforehand what the family wants to keep.
- Give usable items to family, neighbours or a second-hand shop yourself.
- If you have time, have the municipality collect bulky waste. For private individuals this is often free or cheap.
- Arrange a parking space at the door on the day of the clearance.
- Combine the final cleaning with the clearance in one appointment.
Why we do not quote a rock-bottom price
On comparison sites you sometimes see low amounts. These often do not include disposal fees or removal, or cover only part of the home. With us everything is in one fixed price: our own team, transport, removal and the broom-clean handover.
How to request a fixed price
- Photos of each room
Take a photo of each room from the corner, including the attic, storage room and shed, and send them via the request form.
- We work out the price
You will usually hear from us within one working day. For a large or very full home we come to take a look.
- Fixed price and date
You receive a quote with the description of the work and the handover date. We only do extra work with your agreement.
