A dealer or garage is under real pressure when a car is on the lift and the right part is not in stock. Every minute of downtime means lost revenue — for the workshop and for the customer alike. An urgent transporter for automotive parts therefore needs to respond within the hour and deliver directly to the workshop itself, not to a reception 200 metres away.
Typical use cases
Single part from dealer to garage
A brake caliper, water pump, turbocharger or electronics module that still has to be fitted the same day.
Dealer-to-dealer trips
Stock transfers between branches, for example Amsterdam-Haarlem or Utrecht-Amersfoort.
Garage to dismantling company
Return of an incorrectly ordered part or a body panel.
Fleet service urgency
For lease companies maintaining 100+ vehicles: urgent parts to mobile mechanics.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you reach my garage?
Typically within 60 minutes of your call, depending on location. For the Haarlem region this is usually around 30 minutes, the Randstad around 45 minutes, and nationwide 60-90 minutes. If the part needs to be at the workshop within the hour, this is often achievable.
Do you drive between dealer branches?
Yes. For chains with multiple sites (Volkswagen group, BMW branches, Renault dealers) we run daily stock transfers. Fixed routes under a monthly contract reduce administration.
Can you transport high-value parts?
Yes. Turbochargers, ECUs and battery packs are valuable and/or fragile; we transport them with extra packaging and a careful driving style. For exceptionally high value (parts over €10,000), a higher liability limit can be agreed at booking.
Do you work for importers?
Yes. For Dutch importers of German, French and Italian brands we drive to dealers on a daily basis. In the event of acute urgency (for example, a car on the lift waiting for a part), we can step in within the hour.
Do you drive in the evenings and at weekends?
Yes, 24/7. Many workshops run weekend shifts or Saturday service. A night surcharge (+15%) applies from 22:00-06:00, and a weekend surcharge of +10%.
Can I set up a fixed contract for my dealer group?
Yes. For 20+ trips per week we offer a dedicated courier, monthly invoicing and a 10-15% volume discount. For larger groups with multiple sites we arrange a multi-site agreement.
What does an urgent parts trip cost?
Fixed price upfront for a car within the Haarlem region. A van. For longer trips (Utrecht, Eindhoven, Groningen) pricing is distance-based. Account customers receive volume rates and a fixed trip tariff.
