Same-day transport in the Netherlands

Ordered before 11:00 in the morning, delivered by 18:00 the same business day in most of the country. A planned same-day ride for shipments that need to arrive today but do not require a dedicated direct courier.

When to use same-day transport

Same-day is the right choice when the shipment must reach the recipient by the end of the business day and an overnight parcel service is too late. It is more cost-efficient than a dedicated urgent courier because the ride can be planned around our route.

  • B2B shipments to a customer who needs the goods today
  • Replacement parts for ongoing repairs or installations
  • Documents that must be signed and returned within the day
  • Material between a warehouse and a project site
  • Time-sensitive deliveries that fail under a next-day parcel service

What we need for a request

  • Pickup address and contact person
  • Delivery address and contact person
  • Latest delivery time
  • Size and weight of the shipment
  • Special handling notes (fragile, stack, cold chain, etc.)

Frequently asked questions

What time should I order for same-day delivery?

For most of the Netherlands we accept same-day requests until 11:00 in the morning with delivery by 18:00 the same business day. Outside that window, delivery can usually be arranged for the next business morning.

Does same-day cover the whole of the Netherlands?

Yes, in most cases. Remote areas and the Wadden islands may need an extra hand-over step or a longer lead time.

Is same-day faster than an urgent courier?

An urgent courier is a direct ride dedicated to your shipment, so it is faster. Same-day is planned but cost-efficient when delivery before 18:00 is sufficient.

Do you cover same-day cross-border?

Same-day to neighbouring countries (BE, DE close to the border) is possible if booked early enough. Please share the addresses and deadline for confirmation.
