When to use an urgent courier
Direct urgent rides are appropriate when a standard parcel service is too slow or when the shipment is too valuable, fragile or time-critical to be combined with other goods. Typical examples:
- Spare parts that have to reach a workshop or production line today
- Legal or notarial documents that need a verifiable hand-over
- Medical samples or equipment between locations
- Prototypes or product samples for a meeting or trade fair
- Last-minute deliveries for events, film sets or photo shoots

How fast can a driver be on the road?
For urgent requests in the Randstad area we typically dispatch a driver within 30 to 60 minutes after confirmation. For other regions the lead time depends on driver availability.
What information do you need for an urgent courier request?
Pickup address, delivery address, type and size of the shipment, weight, and the deadline. A short description or photo of the cargo helps us pick the right vehicle.
Do you provide proof of delivery?
Yes. Every shipment is closed with a signature and where relevant a photo, so you have proof that the shipment was picked up and delivered.
Are urgent rides available outside office hours?
We dispatch on weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00 (CET) as standard. Evenings, weekends and public holidays are possible on request.
