Our price is the higher of two amounts: (1) the minimum rate per vehicle, or (2) the distance × the per-kilometre rate. Any surcharges (urgent, weekend, international) are added on top. For short jobs you therefore pay the minimum rate, and for longer jobs the calculated kilometre price — you never pay both combined. Multiple stops in a single job are bundled to lower the price per stop. Regular customers receive a contract rate with a discount.

From-prices are indicative. Business rates are shown excluding VAT; for B2B shipments from abroad VAT is reverse-charged where applicable. For private customers we confirm the total price including 21% VAT in the quote or price calculation. The final price depends on distance, vehicle type, urgency, waiting time and any special requirements. Use the calculator for a concrete price.
Surcharges
The following surcharges apply to jobs outside office hours:

For transport to Belgium, Germany, France and the wider EU we work with fixed rates per country and job. Indicative prices: Haarlem-Düsseldorf ~€500, Haarlem-Antwerp ~€300, Haarlem-Paris ~€850. Insurance and customs handling included. Exact price on request.
Business contracts

What is included?
Standard in every job: the driver, the vehicle and fuel, carrier liability, waiting time of up to 15 minutes during loading and unloading, photo proof of delivery on request, personal hand-over for confidential shipments, and a signed consignment note as proof of receipt. No hidden administration fees, and no "handling charge" added on top of the job.
Payment
Business customers receive an invoice with a 14 or 30-day payment term. Private customers pay in cash, via Tikkie or directly through iDEAL ahead of the job. For international jobs we often ask for a deposit, with the balance due after delivery.
