What is business courier?

Business courier is an ongoing contract with a courier service for regular rides, usually with a dedicated courier, SLA (service-level agreement) and monthly invoice. Ideal for companies with daily or weekly transport needs. You get priority in planning, a dedicated point of contact, and transparent prices on account.

Prices and terms

All business rates are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and are calculated as a fixed amount upfront. Price visible in advance, no surprises afterwards.

What exactly is business courier?

Business courier is an ongoing courier service for companies with regular transport needs. You get a discount tier, monthly invoice, SLA agreements and (often) a dedicated courier.

From how many rides per month do I benefit?

From about 5 rides per month an account becomes worthwhile. Below 5, incident invoicing remains just as good; from 20+ rides per week a dedicated-fleet contract can even be cheaper than in-house transport.

Do you work with an SLA?

Yes. As standard we aim for 60-minute response time in our core areas. In case of expected delay we inform you proactively. For critical processes (healthcare, production) a custom SLA is possible.

Can I get a dedicated courier?

From about 20 rides per week, yes. You then get a dedicated courier who knows your route, recognises your customers and performs consistently. In case of illness, a replacement with handover briefing.

How does the monthly invoice work?

On the 1st of each month you receive an itemised invoice with all trips from the previous month, VAT specified per trip. Payment term 14-30 days, your choice.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes, for accounts with monthly invoicing we work with a master agreement. No minimum purchase obligation — you only pay for what you actually call off.

Can you serve multiple locations?

Yes. We work for companies with 2-20+ sites. On account, each site can book rides; invoicing goes centrally to head office or per site (your choice).
