Same-day delivery is a delivery that is still carried out on the same working day — you order in the morning, your customer receives it in the afternoon or evening. The difference with an urgent courier is the planning: with same-day we combine multiple destinations in one daily plan, which makes the price lower than a direct urgent ride. For webshops, retailers and B2B service providers this means a competitive advantage without bearing the cost of urgent transport.

How does it work in practice?

Step 1: you call us or use the calculator with pickup address, delivery address and desired delivery time. We confirm within 10 minutes whether same-day is feasible for that route. Step 2: the nearest courier picks up your parcel, usually within 1-2 hours. Step 3: your parcel rides along in the daily planning towards the destination. Step 4: delivery takes place before the agreed time — standard before 18:00, earlier on request. Step 5: you receive a confirmation of delivery (optionally with photo and signature).

Standard cut-off is 11:00. Orders before 11:00 are guaranteed delivered the same day before 18:00 within the Randstad and adjacent regions. For destinations further away (Maastricht, Groningen) the cut-off is earlier — call for the exact time.

Yes, we deliver same-day across the Netherlands. For destinations in Groningen, Limburg or Zeeland an earlier cut-off applies due to travel time. The calculator immediately indicates whether your delivery is feasible the same day.

Same-day delivery is transport where a shipment is picked up and delivered on the same day, usually with cut-off around 11:00 for delivery between 16:00 and 22:00. Different from urgent courier (direct ride within 1 hour) and different from parcel service (1-3 working days). Ideal for e-commerce returns, B2B parts and premium delivery.

By what time must I book at the latest?

Cut-off time is 11:00 for car and small van, 10:00 for medium/large van, and 09:00 for box truck. Booking later is possible, but it becomes the urgent rate.

Is same-day more expensive than a regular parcel?

Yes, but cheaper than an urgent courier. You pay for guaranteed delivery on the same day, dedicated transport (no transshipment) and track & trace from pickup to delivery.

What is the difference with an urgent courier?

Urgent courier = drive immediately, delivery within 1-4 hours. Same-day = order before 11:00, delivery at end of day. Same-day is cheaper but slower; urgent is faster but more exclusive.

Do you also drive on Saturdays?

Yes, Saturday same-day is available in the Randstad. Order before Friday 16:00 for certainty. Sunday same-day only as urgent courier.

Can I have a pallet delivered same-day?

Yes, with a large van or box truck (depending on pallet size and weight). Tail-lift is possible on box truck so unloading at a regular address is possible.

How do I get the proof of delivery?

After delivery you automatically receive an email with signature, delivery photo and GPS timestamp. This is your proof of delivery (POD).
