An urgent courier is a transport service that carries one shipment directly and exclusively from pickup to delivery address, without transshipment, intermediate stops or bundling with other packages. The ride usually starts within 30 to 60 minutes of booking and is completed by one courier on one route. This distinguishes an urgent courier from parcel services (PostNL, DHL, DPD) that bundle shipments and deliver on fixed rounds.
Prices and response times per vehicle
All prices include 21% VAT and are calculated as a fixed amount upfront — no surprises afterwards. The rate is based on the total distance including return trip (pickup address → delivery address and back). Response time applies under normal traffic conditions.

Is my shipment insured?
Yes. We transport under standard carrier liability. For valuable shipments a higher liability limit is available on request at booking.
Do you drive at night and on weekends?
Yes, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, including public holidays. Night rides between 22:00 and 06:00 and weekend rides have a surcharge that is visible upfront in the calculator.
Which vehicles do you deploy?
Car for envelopes and small packages, small/medium/large van for packages up to 1,500 kg, box truck for voluminous or heavy shipments up to 4,500 kg, and a car carrier for vehicle transport.
