Services for businesses

What is included in a business contract?

A business contract with Hart voor Transport includes as standard: a fixed courier assigned to your account with back-up cover when absent, a fixed dispatcher as your point of contact, agreed pick-up times for urgent jobs (SLA), priority in planning, monthly invoicing with an itemised job list, access to the customer portal to view current and historical jobs, and fixed rates for the agreed job volume. On request we also provide quarterly reports, KPI overviews and a dedicated WhatsApp line for direct communication.

From first job to contract

The first collaboration usually starts with a single assignment - an urgent job or a test project. Based on that we draw up a proposal for a structural partnership: number of jobs per month, type of vehicles, destinations and SLA. You receive a quote you can include in your own procurement process. Once approved, we begin with an onboarding period in which your fixed courier gets to know your locations. After that the contract runs smoothly, with the option to review it monthly.

What is a courier for businesses?

A courier for businesses is a dedicated B2B service: a fixed point of contact, an account, a monthly invoice, SLA arrangements and priority during peak volumes. Specifically for SMEs and large companies with regular transport needs. Hart voor Transport serves businesses in Haarlem, the Randstad and across the whole of the Netherlands from 5 jobs per month - without an annual contract or minimums.

Frequently asked questions

From how many jobs does a B2B account pay off?

From around 5 jobs per month the discount tiers become noticeable. Below that volume per-job invoicing remains competitive. From 20+ jobs/month we are almost always significantly cheaper than individual jobs.

Do you work with an SLA?

Yes. As standard we aim for a 60-minute pick-up time from booking to collection in our core areas. If a delay is expected we inform you proactively. For critical processes (production, healthcare) we arrange a tailored SLA agreement.

Do I get a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Every business client has one personal account manager who knows your company, learns your routes and shares insights on optimisation. No call centre.

How does the invoice work?

On the 1st of each month you receive an itemised invoice with all jobs from the previous month - each job on a separate line with VAT breakdown and a job ID. Exportable to your accounting software.

Can several colleagues book jobs on the account?

Yes. You get a shared account where multiple staff members (warehouse, HR, office) can book jobs independently. All jobs on one central invoice.

Which sectors do you mainly serve?

Logistics, automotive (dealer parts), legal (notaries/lawyers), medical (labs/hospitals), retail/e-commerce (returns), construction (materials).

Can I switch from a competitor?

Yes. Many clients come from a large logistics player with too little flexibility. We replicate your current routes and rate structure and typically offer 10-20% keener pricing with more service.
