Notarial deeds, mortgage escrow documents and legal papers are confidential and time-critical. A deed that does not reach the Land Registry before a certain hour can delay a transaction by weeks. A notary courier therefore works differently from a regular parcel service: the seal stays closed, the courier signs an NDA, and delivery is made personally to the addressee.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sign an NDA for notary firms?
Yes. Our couriers sign an NDA before the job. A standard NDA is available; your own NDA is welcome too. For recurring clients we usually set up a year-covering NDA per firm.
Can the document be received only by the addressee?
Yes, on request. ID verification on delivery is possible. If the addressee is absent, we take the document back with us — we do not hand it to a colleague or secretary unless explicitly permitted.
How quickly can an urgent deed reach Amsterdam via your national network?
From your office in Haarlem it is typically within 60 min to central Amsterdam or the Land Registry. Plus around within 60 min pick-up time after your call. That is roughly within 60 min from booking to delivery.
Do you work with a sealed envelope?
Yes. You seal it (wax, sticker, stamp); the courier receives it without opening; a photo of the seal serves as proof of pick-up; delivery is made to the addressee who checks the seal. We never open it.
Can I set up a fixed document route?
Yes. Many law firms and notary offices have a daily route between the office and the court or Land Registry. From around 3 runs per week, an account with a monthly invoice is fiscally and operationally favourable.
Do you drive to courts?
Yes — District Courts of Amsterdam, The Hague, Central Netherlands (Utrecht), East Brabant, Rotterdam, Leeuwarden, Overijssel and Gelderland. Our couriers know the parking and hand-over procedures per building.
What does a notary courier run cost?
From around EUR 55 by car within the Randstad. Surcharges apply for acute urgency (+25%) or weekend (+10%). An account with monthly invoicing and volume discounts is available for notary offices with regular runs.
